Responsibilities:

As CEO, Brian is responsible for project bidding, directing, and engaging T Com staff to plan and set goals to meet the needs of our customers.

Background:

Brian started his career in telecom with Bellsouth as a Facility Designer after graduating from Western Kentucky University. This path was influenced by the fact that his father has spent over 40 years in the industry. After eventually being promoted to Manager of Outside Plant Planning and Design with what had become AT&T, Brian was offered the Director of engineering position at a telephone cooperative in middle Tennessee. With a much larger role in a smaller company, the two years that followed allowed him to learn the technical and financial aspects of managing a telephone company. In 2010, T Com, LLC was formed by Brian and his wife Karen. The company started with one drop plow and has grown to what it is today through T Com’s constant commitment to integrity and quality work. Brian’s experience in the industry and reputation have allowed the steady and sustainable growth that T Com has realized and his mission for the company is to continue this growth while maintaining these same commitments.
